Is it difficult to stick to the skin? Expert reveals a small story

Using a fresh film may encounter a common problem, which is that it is too sticky and not easy to pull, which often causes inconvenience, but since it is absolutely impossible to wrap leftover vegetables in aluminium foil paper, it still has to be used.

Food safety expert Lina. Lynell Ross said the problem with the skin care film may not be the brand, but the storage method. Most people put the insulated membrane in the kitchen toilet or cabinet. But Ross' suggestions were a little different, and she insisted on putting the insulating membrane in the refrigerator.

She said: "The cold air in the refrigerator makes the insulated membrane easier to handle. After the insulated membrane is cold, its molecular structure changes, making the surface chemical keys weaker."

The insulated membrane is usually made of polyvinylidene chloride (PVC) or polyethylene. When cut to as thin as the insulated membrane, it often attracts static electricity. Many brands of fret films have adhesives added to increase viscosity. Both of these substances can reduce viscosity by low temperature.

Ros said: "The cold removes some static electricity, which helps prevent the insulating membrane from sticking to itself, making it easier to open and use." Liana, a food writer at Liana's Kitchen, also agreed with Ross, who learned this door from her mother-in-law. "I found that the insulated membrane will return to stickiness for about one minute after opening the refrigerator. This time is the perfect time for me to wrap or cover food. If the insulated bin is not in place, I will put the insulated membrane in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes before I need it."

Ros pointed out that it is safe to put the insulated membrane in the refrigerator, and that is, when you take the food home from the supermarket and wrap it again, you can prevent freezer burning. The meat and poultry on supermarkets are too thin to protect food well.
