The selling price per square foot of each apartment will be announced on the preview day. The project will start sales reservations on July 12, and it is expected that the temporary entry permit (TOP) will be obtained on June 30, 2029.

Some units also have study rooms and guest rooms, ranging from 635 square feet to 1,647 square feet.Wind Forest is located at No. 69 and No. 71 of Science Park Pass. It consists of two 24-story apartment buildings, with a total of 343 private units, a five-minute walk from Kent Ridge Metro Station.
The project has many catering and retail facilities, and is also close to many well-known institutions and important landmarks, including the National University of Singapore, the National University Hospital, Weiyi Technology City, Yinghua Junior College, Huafei Methodist Primary School and Singapore Polytechnic Institute.
LyndenWoods, the first private residential project in Singapore Science Park, will be available for preview starting on Saturday (June 28).
