The Post reported that Manchester City player Foden sold his Cheshire mansion at a reduced price. The property was initially listed at £3.25 million but failed to sell and the deal was finally struck after the price was reduced to just over £2.9 million.
One of the main reasons why Foden moved his family was that the party was disturbing the public. In August last year, complaints were made about a children's party at his home. One neighbor said the party was extremely disruptive, with loud rap music playing and lasting from 4pm to nearly midnight.
Cheshire Police confirmed that they had received a noise complaint, but did not send officers to the scene. As early as March 2022, Foden also caused noise complaints due to holding a "music festival".
A neighbor mentioned in an interview that although Foden's house was noisy, there were no "loud arguments" like the one at the house of next door neighbor and former teammate Kyle Walker.
Currently, Foden has moved to a more secluded residence in the countryside with the subject and their three children. In addition, the property Foden previously bought for his parents in the same village is now on the market.
