According to transfer expert Romano, Fulham has negotiated personal terms with Kevin, but the miners insist on asking for a price of 50 million euros.
Romano wrote on social media: "As the exclusive report last week, Fulham is continuing to work hard to discuss Kevin's deal with Donetsk miners."
"The players have reached an agreement, but the Donetsk miners have not approved the transfer because they insist on a fee of 50 million euros. The negotiations will continue in the next few days and may continue until next week."
Brazilian winger Kevin, 22, has played in three Europa League qualifiers this season.
